Job Summary

  • You will play an important role in the global applications CRM team, supporting and improving digital systems and tools used by the CRM community.
  • Your focus will be on supporting both existing digital platforms and the development and rollout of new and existing tools, including AI solutions.
  • Become the Transmission BU and HQ point of reference for the execution of the BID TPA project and future initiatives, ensuring alignment, excellence and strategic impact across Transmission BU’s worldwide.

  • Data integration with ETL/ESB platforms

Key Requirements

  • 5 or more years of Salesforce experience
  • Master’s degree in engineering or economics
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce core modules
  • Copado CI/CD and Einstein/Agent Force knowledge
  • DevOps approach (Copado and GitHub)
  • Mulesoft, Tibco and comparable experience
  • Team coordination and project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes
