Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological or Clinical Laboratory Science
  • Two years of laboratory training or experience in non-waived testing
  • CLIA qualifications for high complexity testing personnel
  • Three years of laboratory training or experience OR both in non-waived testing
