The Assistant Research Scientist will work on a research project focusing on the molecular understanding of chaperone-mediated protein folding and translocation using cryo-EM, biochemistry, and computational modeling.
Duties include maintaining cell cultures, expressing and purifying proteins, performing biochemical and biophysical assays, determining protein structures using cryo-EM, training students, and contributing to proposals and publications.
