Job Summary
The Assistant General Counsel, Litigation provides counsel across the Brunswick enterprise on litigation and claims.
The role strategically and cost-effectively manages a complex and diverse litigation portfolio, partners with outside counsel, and identifies and implements key strategies for reducing litigation and claims risks.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or short-term incentive program and an award target as part of Brunswick’s long-term incentive program.

Base: $174,600 - $257,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus/short-term incentive and long-term incentive program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, HSA contribution, etc.
