  • Environmental site interviews
  • Review of historical environmental data
  • Federal and state environmental records review

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in environmental science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years Phase I ESA experience per ASTM E1527
  • Preferred state certifications for ACM, Lead, Mold, Radon
  • Preferred US EPA AHERA and AARST NRPP certification
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
