Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Mechanical and electrical aptitude
General building repair and maintenance
Basic plumbing skills
Use ladders up to 30 ft
Lift minimum of 80 lbs
On call for after-hours emergencies
Nice-to-have
Self-motivated individual
Ability to work independently or in a team
Compliance with safety procedures
Participate in technical and safety training
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid state driver’s license
Minimum one year applicable experience
Completion of applicable technical training desirable
Pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening
UST Class B Certification preferred
