Lead continuous discovery through engagement with SREs, platform engineers, data engineers, and platform consumers to identify reliability gaps, toil, and systemic risks.
Lead go-to-market activities, including documentation, enablement, internal standards adoption, and change management, to drive measurable improvements in reliability and operational maturity.
