Key Requirements

  • Technical qualification or background strongly preferred
  • Extensive FM background
  • Proven ability to understand and evaluate hard service and soft service delivery
  • Demonstrated track record of supporting and leading site-based teams
  • Successful contract management and team leadership experience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships
  • Experience in financial management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Graduate-level qualification or equivalent
  • Customer-facing experience within technical FM services
  • Health & Safety qualification equivalent to IOSH/NEBOSH
  • Fluent in French and English
