This role focuses on driving the design and scaling of an enterprise-level AI Accelerator to systematically elevate the organization’s AI capabilities and culture.
The candidate will partner closely with Innovation Product and Project Management to connect milestones, budgets, resources, and scaled releases from MVP to steady-state operations.
The position requires orchestrating cross-team collaboration, fostering a safe-to-experiment culture, and maintaining sharp insight into innovation tools and AI application opportunities.

Proven cross-department collaboration and communication skills
Experience with AI vendor negotiation and delivery management
Agentic AI practical implementation experience preferred
