Key Requirements

  • Associate Degree or higher or 48+ college units or Instructional Aide Exam
  • 3 years of experience in K-12 or youth lead program
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in technology & computer applications
  • Available full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Commit to a full academic school year
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic English reading proficiency
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and TB test clearance
