Job Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for problem solving issues and supporting Operations team members to remove roadblocks and solve problems to ensure operational success through attaining KPIs in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
Partner with department Coach to identify training gaps and develop action plans per team member, and be a champion of the department’s SOPs.
