Key Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Proficiency in math including algebra, geometry, trigonometry
  • Experience reading engineering blueprints
  • English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Minimum one year relevant painting work experience
  • Completion of Intermediate Algebra or higher math course within 5 years
  • Completion of English course with grade 90 or better
  • Qualification in Basic Blueprint Reading or equivalent
  • US Person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62
  • No prior enrollment in IAM/Boeing Joint Apprenticeship program
