Key Requirements
High School Graduate or equivalent
Proficiency in math including algebra, geometry, trigonometry
Experience reading engineering blueprints
English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
Minimum one year relevant painting work experience
Completion of Intermediate Algebra or higher math course within 5 years
Completion of English course with grade 90 or better
Qualification in Basic Blueprint Reading or equivalent
US Person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62
No prior enrollment in IAM/Boeing Joint Apprenticeship program
