Lead site Quality Systems including HACCP
Manage pre-requisite programs like GMP and allergens
Support external audits and drive timely close-out
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks DAFF Halal Kosher

Experience in dairy UHT powder or drying operations
Proactive adaptable and improvement-focused mindset
Ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities
Key Requirements
Diploma or higher in Food Science Engineering or related field
Strong experience in quality systems within a manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of HACCP GMP and regulatory frameworks
