This role is hands-on and customer-facing, ensuring reliable AV services and an excellent user experience.
With demonstrated growth and technical capability, this role can progress to AV Engineer / Mid-Level AV Technician, Senior AV Engineer, AV Systems Specialist, Events Technician, IT/AV Hybrid Support Engineer, or Onsite Support Engineer.
