Base: $4,766.67 - $7,625.00 monthly; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus or incentive plan; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years managing PVF or industrial projects
Strong technical understanding of valves and actuators
Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
Proficiency with ERP systems and analytics platforms
Experience interpreting engineering drawings
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong relationship building within industrial groups
Fluency in Power BI for leadership updates
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
Experience with product development initiatives
Key Requirements
5+ years experience in PVF, industrial, or commercial projects
Technical knowledge of ball, butterfly, GGC, and knife gate valves
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
