Ojai Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education, be a licensed CNA, and be capable of meeting the physical demands of the role

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will be responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and reporting all accidents and incidents observed.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing, and performing restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
