Job Summary
Provide leadership for multiple Operations Managers and be accountable for all aspects of manufacturing operations for multiple product lines and processes at one of Integer’s manufacturing sites.
Serve as an integral member of the Site’s Leadership Team and contribute to the development of the Site’s Strategies and annual goals and objectives.
Champion Manufacturing Excellence by deploying systems and tools to optimize all production activities across the site based on the Integer Production System.

5 years progressive leadership experience
Experience implementing Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices
Experience with strategic and direct management of people
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or similar discipline (preferred)
Master’s degree in business or technical discipline (preferred)
