Job Summary
Develop and Manage Abbott Nutrition's training organization and structure, strategically aligning all training and development initiatives to support Division's goals, growth and business strategies.
Manage on boarding and orientation of newly recruited and newly promoted Abbott Nutrition employees, and lead process to identify most suitable training & learning management system.
Build and manage a team of coaches and training professionals to build a high performance team culture, responsible for day-to-day oversight including hiring, performance management and development.
