Job Summary

  • Develop and Manage Abbott Nutrition's training organization and structure, strategically aligning all training and development initiatives to support Division's goals, growth and business strategies.
  • Manage on boarding and orientation of newly recruited and newly promoted Abbott Nutrition employees, and lead process to identify most suitable training & learning management system.
  • Build and manage a team of coaches and training professionals to build a high performance team culture, responsible for day-to-day oversight including hiring, performance management and development.
