Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required
  • Evaluate residents within 24 hours of referral
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with physician approval
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides

Nice-to-have

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
  • Proficient in Casamba and PointClickCare documentation systems
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Requirements
