Key Requirements

  • Management experience in banquets, restaurants and kitchens
  • One-two years of experience as Food & Beverage manager preferred
  • Degree in Hospitality Management (relevant experience accepted)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Organization skills, attention to detail
