Servco is seeking a Field Technical Specialist, an experienced Auto Technician to provide hands-on consulting and technical support to Toyota and Lexus dealer service teams in Honolulu, US. Job Summary

  • The Field Technical Specialist will provide skilled consulting and hands-on diagnostics to Toyota and Lexus dealer service teams and administer the “Fix It Right the First Time” process to improve customer satisfaction, increase ownership experience, and reduce and prevent unnecessary buy backs.
  • Provide support to dealers on all escalated Technical Assistance (TAS) cases and provide accurate judgement on repair or replacement which will help dealers avoid “Lemon Law” cases.

Key Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Auto Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Master Technician ASE Certification
  • State Mechanic’s License
  • Minimum five years of dealership Master Auto Technician work experience
  • Advance automotive diagnostic skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to type a minimum of 20 wpm
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
