Job Summary
The Field Technical Specialist will provide skilled consulting and hands-on diagnostics to Toyota and Lexus dealer service teams and administer the “Fix It Right the First Time” process to improve customer satisfaction, increase ownership experience, and reduce and prevent unnecessary buy backs.
Provide support to dealers on all escalated Technical Assistance (TAS) cases and provide accurate judgement on repair or replacement which will help dealers avoid “Lemon Law” cases.
