Job Summary
The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of delivery drivers to achieve accuracy in a variety of goals including productivity, quality, accuracy, problem resolution, outstanding customer service, employee relations, and maintaining a safe work environment.
The Delivery Supervisor has the primary responsibility for coordinating all delivery operations including routing, delivering and backhauling operations while working closely with the broader operations team to ensure operational excellence and overall team success.
Directly supervises delivery associates including the hiring, training and day-to-day management of Delivery Drivers and ensures exceptional customer service key performance indicators.
