Base: McLean VA $151,900 - $173,400; Richmond VA $138,100 - $157,700; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation available; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial, and other benefits included

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Risk Management experience
  • At least 3 years Project or Process Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Professional certifications (CRMA, CRCM, PMP, etc.) preferred
