The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs, transporting them between rooms, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the unit.

Must-have

Monitor vital signs and record data
Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks

Transport residents safely within facility
