Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the shift.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Perform safe lifting and transferring techniques

Assist with admission and discharge procedures

Key Requirements
