The Global Payroll Center of Excellence (CoE) Specialist acts as a critical advisor on high-value deals for the new Workday GO Global Payroll Motions, leveraging deep expertise in global payroll.
This role supports both Customer Base and Net New Core Account Executives (AEs) to differentiate and sell Workday’s Global Payroll solution, being instrumental in the Discovery & Technical Evaluation stage.

Key Requirements
5+ years of related experience in Global Payroll Sales or Pre-Sales Solution Consulting
Experience with Payroll solutions or Implementation of Global Payroll solutions
Consulting experience with technical understanding of global payroll compliance
Fluency in French, Spanish or German a plus
Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS
