Job Summary

  • Responsible for the management and governance of performance indicators and routines in Kinston Plan, defining, implementing and developing a robust performance review system in line with Airbus Operating System (AOS).
  • This leadership position directs Performance Management across all Kinston Plant CDT areas and is responsible for leading the Plant strategy for the program's performance system, ensuring integration of KPIs and KPRs.

  • Good communication skills
  • Proven coaching/training competencies
  • Leadership and assertiveness
  • Deep knowledge of Performance Management/AOS/lean manufacturing
  • Experience in KPI monitoring
  • Experience leading lean manufacturing workshops
  • Fluency in local language mandatory
  • English negotiation level
