Environmental site interviews
Historical environmental data review
Federal and state environmental records review
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Property Condition Assessments experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in environmental science or related field
Minimum 3 years Phase I ESA experience
Preferred state certifications for ACM, Lead, Mold, Radon
Preferred US EPA AHERA and AARST NRPP certifications
