Job Summary

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Collaborate with business units across different countries to harmonize and standardize processes related to Service management and Warranty, ensuring consistency and efficiency in DMS implementation.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, and provide hands-on training sessions to ensure that business users are fully equipped to use the new DMS effectively.
