Job Summary
The Designer Principal supports gas, coal, and renewable retrofit and new generation self build projects by defining and overseeing design execution to meet Engineering Services design basis.
This role leads detailed drawing and 3D model reviews to optimize constructability, operability, maintainability, and safety (COMS).

Associate’s degree in applied science (AAS) in drafting and design computer aided design (CAD) or in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering technology and a minimum of 7 years of equivalent experience
High school graduate and 10 years of experience in electric utility and/or related industrial drafting and/or computer aided drafting work
Proficiency with CAD and 3D modeling tools
Strong understanding of mechanical, civil, structural, and electrical systems
