As the SMT Associate Production Supervisor, you will own shift-level performance across safety, quality, delivery, and readiness within a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) PCB assembly environment.
You will lead directly from the production floor, aligning people, process, and equipment to ensure stable, predictable operations—today and into the next shift.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in SMT manufacturing (screen printing, pick-and-place, reflow, AOI)
Working knowledge of SMT material preparation and equipment setup
