Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and per the physician treatment plan, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and participate in in-service training programs.
Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for discharge, and assist with cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area.
