The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current regulations.
You will participate in developing policies, conducting committee meetings, and assisting with the facility's quality assurance program to maintain high standards of care.
This role requires direct interaction with residents, families, and physicians to plan care, manage admissions and discharges, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in the state
