Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in recreation, leisure or activation studies or therapeutic recreation
• Degree or diploma in Social Service Worker in Gerontology; Music Therapy; or Gerontology with recreation courses
• Diploma in kinesiology or related field
• Experience with seniors with physical and cognitive impairment
• Membership in Recreation Professionals of Ontario or Therapeutic Recreation Ontario preferred
