Base: $197,529.00 - $276,539.55 (WA); Bonus/Equity: Stock options for all regular employees; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, education support

Must-have
7+ years full-stack development experience
Primary language: Java, Python, JS, or C#
AWS cloud infrastructure experience
API development and integration
SQL and database system expertise
DevOps technologies adoption
AI tool integration (LLMs, computer vision)

Key Requirements
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
