Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8 years progressive clinical research experience
Direct line management experience required
Proficiency in ICH/GCP guidelines and SOPs
Fluent in English and German languages
Strong project management and risk mitigation skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with Functional Service Provider model
Knowledge of biotech or pharmaceutical sector
Proven ability to drive process improvements
