Job Summary
The Client Success Manager is responsible for driving client satisfaction, solution adoption, and overall success for a specific solution by serving as a strategic partner.
This role will be aligned to the FIS® Commercial Lending Suite and Asset Financing solutions, supporting both customer interactions and the full process behind the scenes.
CSMs are responsible for minimizing churn/compression risk, identifying expansion opportunities, and influencing product roadmaps based on client feedback.
