  • The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, validation, and delivery of customer invoices for Xerox/Lexmark Managed Print Services.
  • This role ensures revenue recognition activities comply with corporate accounting policies and SOX requirements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Customer Operations, Billing, and Finance teams to resolve billing issues and support audits.
