Job Summary
Collaborate with the Payments Software team and work closely with Client Services and Product teams to ensure SaaS Operations exceed Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”) and uptime objectives.
Operate, deploy and enhance components of ecosystems, such as Load Balancers, Firewalls, CI/CD rigs, orchestration, security infrastructure, monitoring and alerting tools, among others.
Work activity, service and project tickets in Jira, Salesforce and other project tracking tools.
