Job Summary
Responsible for supporting LCMS customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
Diagnoses and resolves LCMS TQ, Qtof product performance problems, performing maintenance and repair services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with Agilent teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to provide solutions to customers and may deliver internal technical training.
