  • Responsible for supporting LCMS customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
  • Diagnoses and resolves LCMS TQ, Qtof product performance problems, performing maintenance and repair services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with Agilent teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to provide solutions to customers and may deliver internal technical training.
