Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years managing cross-functional teams
5+ years inspecting aircraft parts
Knowledge of BQMS, ISO9001, AS9100
Experience with supplier quality requirements
Ability to make airworthiness determinations
Nice-to-have
787 Program experience preferred
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
Supply Chain or Project Management background
Excellent verbal and written communication
Key Requirements
3+ years management experience in product development
5+ years aerospace parts inspection experience
U.S. Person status required for export control compliance
