Must-have

  • 3+ years managing cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years inspecting aircraft parts
  • Knowledge of BQMS, ISO9001, AS9100
  • Experience with supplier quality requirements
  • Ability to make airworthiness determinations

Nice-to-have

  • 787 Program experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Supply Chain or Project Management background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years management experience in product development
  • 5+ years aerospace parts inspection experience
  • U.S. Person status required for export control compliance
