Utilize a collaborative process to assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate options and services required to meet the member’s healthcare needs.

Key Requirements
Diploma/Associate's/Bachelor's in nursing
3 years direct patient care experience
Active RN license in Louisiana
RN license in non-compact state within 6 months
Certified Case Management Certification within 3 years
