Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to provide life-sustaining specialty therapies directly to patients living with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and other rare chronic diseases.
The position requires building deep, long-term patient relationships while serving as a trusted clinical resource throughout the entire therapy journey.
Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and an on-call rotation to support patient needs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active Tennessee RN license
5 years nursing experience including ICU or pulmonary/cardiac care
Experience with PAH or CTEPH patients
Strong IV insertion and infusion therapy skills
Valid driver's license and travel ability
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience
CRNI certification or willingness to obtain
Compassionate clinician with independent work style
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Requirements
Active unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Tennessee
