Skills & Requirements
Must-have
RICS accredited degree
working towards MRICS chartership
building surveying knowledge
design and construction processes awareness
CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act understanding
Nice-to-have
experience in education, local authorities, healthcare, central government or infrastructure sectors
proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or digital surveying tools
strong client relationship skills
collaborative team player
Key Requirements
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited degree) or equivalent
Actively working towards professional membership, namely MRICS or equivalent
Experience gained through placements, internships or post-graduate roles
Awareness of Health and Safety requirements, including CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act
Awareness of the application of standard forms of building contracts (e.g. JCT and NEC)
