  • Leading the Technology, Digital and Analytics (TDA) Operations Platform teams with world-class technology to support our Operations business, focusing on the Buy, Service, Claims and Contact Center transformation or modernization.
  • This role covers business stakeholder management, business transformation, end-to-end technology solution design & delivery involving GenAI, and offshore team management in an agile environment.
  • Act as the Technology SME and trusted partner for Operations on technology solutioning, engineering and delivery management to enable business transformations.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • 8+ years experience in large IT organizations
  • 3+ years as Technology/Delivery Lead
  • 3+ years in top consulting firms preferred
  • Experience in insurance Operations transformations
  • Proven experience managing offshore delivery centers
  • LOMA certification highly preferred
  • IT certifications preferred
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
