Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-6 years Federal proposals management experience
  • Eligible for U.S. Top Secret security clearance
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance requirements
  • Experience with RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, and unsolicited proposals
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience supporting AI/ML or data science proposals
  • Familiarity with OTAs, SBIRs, and IDIQ task orders
  • Active U.S. security clearance at Secret level or higher
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment

Key Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of Federal proposals management experience
  • Eligibility for U.S. Top Secret security clearance
  • Proven ability to lead complex deadline-driven proposals
  • Strong knowledge of government contracting processes and Shipley methodology
