Base: $33.05 - $36.55 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based bonus awards; Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, education benefits

Key Requirements
Valid state-issued driver's license
Brake inspection qualification per FMCSA Section 396.25
Vehicle inspection qualification per FMCSA Section 396.19
2 years trailer inspection and mechanical repair experience preferred
Technical school coursework in Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer Maintenance preferred
ASE certifications preferred but sponsorship available
