Job Summary
The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing the kitchen for a multitude of tasks to include the day-to-day preparation of the meals within all of the F&B outlets and to continually uphold the standards in accordance with the Autograph Collection standards.
Responsibilities include basic vegetable prep, advanced sauce prep, butchering, general cleaning, dishwashing, line cooking, plating dishes, expediting, and demonstration cooking.
Ensure successful performance assisting guests with an exceptional experience to ensure high performing scores on the GSS according to Marriott.
