Job Summary
Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Hospitality Territory Sales and Service Representative covering Winnipeg and Thompson and the surrounding areas.
You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.
The compensation package includes a base salary plus monthly incentives and annual bonus, a company car with coverage on gas, maintenance and insurance from day 1, and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Salary
Base: $62,000 – $77,000; Bonus/Equity: Monthly incentives and annual bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, disability coverage, pension plan, shares purchase plan

Outside sales experience
Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance
Customer relationship management
Flexible and independent work schedule
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
On-call weekend emergency coverage

Business to business commercial sales experience
Industry experience in hospitality or food service
Mechanical problem-solving skills
Ability to travel for training
Strong communication and training skills
Key Requirements
High School diploma required
1 plus year of outside sales experience
Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Willingness to be on call during off hours and weekends
Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
