Responsibilities include screening and qualifying potential customers, making sales-tour reservations, and collecting required deposits while maintaining minimum performance goals.

Salary
Base: $21.30 per hour (training: $23.30); Bonus/Equity: $11,500 to $76,500 annually; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k with match

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 years sales/marketing experience preferred
Maintain production standards
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills
